What would happen if all the matches in a group were played an no one scored so all the matches were 0-0 or they were all draws. Its maybe never likely to happen but it could so i wondered if anythin was in place should it happen

Good question.

I wondered that, because there seem to have been loads of dull draws so far.

The whole tournament seems like a massive anti-climax.
If all of the matches were goal-less draws, the FIFA committee would draw lots to decide the placings. See Section 39 of the competition rules:

Chris, with no disrespect what so ever, you are one clever SOB. I'm okay at punctuation though ask Markrae. Not
Drawing lots ??

Wow !!!!!

And there would be absolutely NO rigging going on there, would there !

When they drew those balls out of the bag, there is NO WAY that the balls marked "Brazil" "Spain" "Argentina" "South Africa" would have been warmed, or anthing.
Be more fun if the coaches had to put on mascot suits and bash each other out of a ring its a knockout style
If it came down to drawing lots, the Germans would still win.
In the highly unlikely event of a Group of 4 Teams finishing with no Goals whatsoever at the end of the Group Stage, the Top 2 Teams would be decided by the amount of Corners gained by each Team for every Match. Those with the most Corners win the Group.
Ain't going to happen folks........
I've no idea what Redman41 is on about. Section 39 of the official competition rules (which determines such matters) makes no reference to corners whatsoever.

This excerpt from Section 39. The drawing of Lots you are talking about is for determining which Team Plays in which Group and not about which Teams qualify from each when in the unlikely event all Teams finish equal.

2. The FIFA Organising Committee will divide the teams into groups by seeding
and drawing lots in public at the final draw that will take place in South Africa at
the end of 2009, whilst taking sports and geographic factors into consideration,
as far as possible. The host country, South Africa, will be seeded as team A1.
