He wasn't driving so you perhaps should direct your anger to the woman driver, mind you, they shouldn't have got in the bloody car with someone who has had a drink....idiots!

I know this might sound harsh and I know he has his troubles but anyone who gets in a car with someone who has been drinking alcohol is just as bad as the person who drinks and drives.

I recently had a very heated argument with a friend, (who has still not spoken to me over this) about the exact same thing. She was driving her and her boyfriend around for the day on a day out and that evening they went to the pub. She told me they were absolutely crazy drunk the pair of them, that they could barely stand, I asked her how they got home and were they picked up or did they get a taxi. She then informed me that he drove them home!!!! I was disgusted with her and told her it was pathetic and asked her what if they had crashed and hurt themselves, her response was, well we didn't we were grand.
I was livid, I just told her, granted if you have no respect for your own life that's one thing but you's could of killed someone that night and you couldn't care less!!
She told me she wants me to meet her new boyfriend, I have no desire to meet someone that idiotic!! She is just as bad.

She still hasn't spoken to me and thinks I have over reacted!!
