Portugal and Holland are still the cheapest places for buyin cars in Europe. If you want to buy a new car a list of foreign dealers can be sourced from UK maunfacturers head offices. You can then contact or visit the dealers and simply request a right hand drive car, and specify delivery to the UK. There is certain paperwork you will also need, details of this should be available from the DVLA
