In mail hosts such as hotmail, lycos and yahoo, where can I find the necessary information to set up POP accounts? POP addresses etc?

Ok, when you are in outlook, go to tools - options. Add account

pop.yahoo.co.uk
smtp.yahoo.co.uk

your user name
your password

blabla sorry i really cba to write any more. Hotmail you have to pay for to use in outlook.
