Christmas Cards

Have you written your Christmas cards yet? I know four people who have, me- I havent even sorted out how many I have left and how many I need to buy yet but we all get there in the end dont we?

Haven't made them yet but I don't send many....less than 20 all told

I send about 200, but a few of them have died this year unfortunately so a few less this year.

I shan't be bothering, simply because my eyesight has deteriorated to such an extent that I can no longer read or write properly.

I only send cards to the people that I have to, and that's about 3.

I've started designing some individual ones that I produce on my computer. e.g. for friends who've got a ragdoll cat I've used an image of a ragdoll on the front and included links to Christmassy videos of ragdolls on the back. Similarly, for friends who've recently adopted a retired greyhound, I'm working on a card with a Christmassy pic of a greyhound on the cover.

I've yet to design my 'general use' cards for this year though. I need to come up with a decent idea and then source the graphics from the web, as with this one I designed a couple of years ago:

Hi, Gmum....I make mine but have only just bought the quirky wooden bits for this year......will tuck away in my room and get lost in making them soon.....just need a good, long play on the radio....x

Usually make mine but can't be bothered this year, mainly because writing them was fun with Dave, he had lovely handwriting and always wrote the messages. I picked the designs while drinking wine.... not sure of my choices by the end of the bottle

I might buy some before the end of the month simply because I've seen that the charity stall I tend to support is open now.
