Instead of charging managers under FA Rule E (bringing the game into disrepute etc) when they complain about refereeing decisions, why don't the authorities have referees show a yellow card every time a player, or players, argue with the referee , complaining about a decision? Or is showing dissent, or disrespect, to the referee, not an offence under the Laws?

They don't have to endure insults in the slightest, brionon.
One of the Premier League ref's needs to set an example i.e. the next time he is subject to ANY form of verbal abuse he issues the appropriate card(in many cases it ought to be a straight red).
Then, he needs the full backing of the FA, UEFA and FIFA. The problem woul be resolved in a matter of weeks and players would learn that insults and bad language will not be tolerated.
The Respect campaign is a complete farce and the FA's failure to implement and enforce it properly makes them look foolish.
