England have three Netball fixtures against Australia at the end of this month.

The Diamonds are the world number ones. The last time they played a Test series here was in 2010 ... and we beat them! Yaay!

The first game is on 20 January. Watch this space for a match report!

I know nothing about netball (except that, as the teacher in charge of first aid, I called called to fa more injuries on the netball courts than I ever did to the football or rugby pitches!) but, as a cricket fan, the idea of beating the Ozzies at anything sounds good to me!

Christ, that's because if you take a clatter in Netball, you hit the deck, get up, and make sure you're the one who stays on your feet the next time your marker runs into you. If you take a similar knock in football, you roll around on the floor like you've been shot and then whinge to the Press about how the other team were too physical.
