I get on my bicycle a fair bit in the Summer the furthest regular ride I do is from my house to Brown Clee Hill in Shropshire and back,it's about 55 miles mainly country roads and tracks.

I used to cycle around 22-30 miles a day. I don't remember the most I've ever cycled in a day, probably a time I had a few too many drinks and got lost - that certainly clocks up the miles!
