Manager That Went Grey

Does anyone remember the name of the Manager, in a football world cup tournamant , quite a few years ago now ; who at the start of the tournamant had black hair ; but by the end he had gone totally grey ?

When I was a teenager my one friend went grey practically over might after a shock. He was 18 it did grow out darker but ever the same colour it had been.

He was the manaqger of a foreign country .

I'm not a football fan , however I do distinctly remember him going grey .
I think it might have been in the world cup in the year when Holland was one of the finalist .

Then it has to be 1974, 1978 or the last one. The 1974 final was against West Germany, 1978 v Argentina, and the last one was Spain. Does that help ring any bells?
