Anyone remember those old school metal exercise bars that you could bend, and had the coils in the center of the bar? What are they called? Trying to track one down online and with sports shops but havin no luck. No one has seen one in years

It's a great upper body workout. Also good for anyone who spends a fair bit of time in front of the computer, makes me feel like less of a slob for playing a 4 hour poker tourny
I think you may mean the "Powertwister" They sell it at argos for 24.99 and you get a chest expander, push up grips and jump rope with it, great for power/strength training

They also sell it by itself on the net http://www.google.co....a=&btnG=Google+Search
Get some loose dumbells, instead ?

If that springy thing slipped, it could make a mess of your computer !
Lol joggerj Not sure which springy thing you have in mind but Im sure you use this one away from the computer!
Sorry, bigfoot ...

I'd sort of imagined scoj in front, of his computer, playing Poker, and working out with his bendy bar ... !

Then it slips, and ... SMASH !
Lol, sorry you had me wondering for a second there!
Scoj31 was that it?
