Hi yogi,

I'm great thanks, things are looking up. I've given up on my family and just appreciated what I do have. I've re-focussed my energy on running a marathon - it does marvels for releasing stress plus I'm doing for a good cause which makes me feel good!

Marathon, eh?.........brilliant.....where and when is it?

I know I have. I feel more at ease now and I'm not going to allow them to ever hurt me again!

Yep, my first ever! Its the Belfast Marathon on 3rd May next year, I'm running for Make-A-Wish Foundation

Cubs are great thanks, CAJ..........looking around colleges for eldest to go to take A-level courses from sept 2010....got to go with him next week for interview at one college.....and more to follow so busy lead up tom christmas, i think.

Another cub is off early Saturday morning ( 4.45am).....to Belgium for weekend trip with school, so i will come home from my gig at Croydon around 4.30am and take him straight to the school meeting place for the coach trip and then going in the tunnel over there.

The two youngest are briliant too......horseriding lessons still with the youngest, and skating with the middle one...........but i fall straight on my bum, but i am improving.....mrs bear a natural and just grins away at me.....cheeky minx!

The Marathon will be so good for you, Caj and wish you lots of luck in it and all the training involved too. Get yourself super fit ( not that you are'nt already, but you know what i mean).

Never allow to be hurt again, my lovely as you deserve much better than that, as we've discussed in the past.
