My friend and i, pre Covid (of course) had discussed doing the full 4 days again, this year. Sadly not to be and i do envy those few lucky enough to be granted entry :-(

2.40 Don; Lexington Warfare @ 14/1 (Rev f/c with Late Arrival)
3.15 Don; Bounce The Blues @ 8/1 (Rev f/c with Althiqa)
3.45 Don; Data Protection @ 14/1 (Rev f/c with Strait Of Hormuz)

Win/e.w. singles, 20p Lucky 15, £1 e.w. acca. 4 placed = £58, 4 winners = £9,380.

Yay, a winner, Breath Of Air @ 9/1 3.05 San. £2 win single on it and first leg of a R Robin and e.w. treble with Sir Maximilian and Andaleep.
Question Author
Forgive me guys for allowing myself a rather large BBBBBBOOOOOOOMMMMMMM!!! All 3 drifted, all 3 won. Betfred has just given me £494.16 to do with as i please. And i please to immediately transfer $475 of it straight to my bank account :-)))
Good shot Ken I had a bit of e/w on Gabrial The Devil and if I get places or wins on the other Koukash runners I will have got out of jail nicely.
Question Author
£475, even.
Question Author
I thought The Devil was going to do mine, Togo. Came down the rail with a wet sail but mine just held it at bay. Phew!
I watched it Ken called the winner all sorts of jammy things, but I didn't know that you were on it.
Question Author
Not often one of mine pips one of yours. Usually t'other way about :-)
That was a cheeky e/w Treble and 3 e/w Doubles from the good Doctor. He is a rascal at Chester. Puts me up for the day again so no complaints. Will have a look at tomorrow's conundrums later on and see if anything fancies me.
Had a quick shufti..... how much do you think that Frankie wants another Leger? I think he wants one very much.
Question Author
Wouldn't put it past him to get it, too, Togo. I was there the last time he won the Leger for O'Brien - 2005, Scorpion - though i wasn't on as he was odds on.
Some poor fare on Chester's menu with quite a few small fields :-(
Question Author
Not throwing any money at the ITV7 today. Just stick with the free entry;

Hereby, Soldier's Minute, Lawn Ranger, One Master, So Wonderful, Santiago and Ghaiyyath.

1.10 Font; Some Might Say @ 3/1
3.00 Don; One Master @ 7/2
3.35 Don; Santiago @ 10/3

£1 Trixie, £1 Treble for a poss £199 return.

£1 e,w, single on So Wonderful @ 18/1 in the 3.10 Leo
£1.50 e.w. on Rock On Bailey's @ 50/1 (Sky 6 places) in 2.25 Don

Working on a Lucky 15, at the mo.

Best of luck, all.
Well well despite some very good racing there is not much there for the small time fun punter to relish. Took me longer picking which races to include than it did picking the horses. Done the ITV7 but left the odds on runner in the 4.10 over the water, Ghaiyyah, out of all bets. Koukash is again mob handed at Chester and he will be expecting some return I would think. Have a look at that poser later. Done a Trixie*** and the usual Acca with doubles and trebles⁕⁕⁕⁕ I have also had a little e/w single on King Ottaker in the first at Donny. Good luck. I notice that the Arsenal players were fighting amongst themselves during the warm up kick about. :))

Alignak* @2/1 2.04Ch.
Danzeno⁕ @10/1 2.25D.
Restorer⁕ @8/1 2.25Ch.
One Master⁕ @7/2 3.00D.
Peaceful* @10/3 3.10Leop.
Santiago* @7/2 3.35D.
Ghiayyah 4.10Leop.( completes the ITV7)
Lone Eagle⁕ @11/2 4.05D.
Only fancied 2 at Doncaster. Both in the first. Both nowhere. Too late to get on, lol.
Probably have a go on Cadillac in Ireland and a few outsiders in bad races. Good luck.
Question Author
As you say, Togo, the good Doc has a number of runners at Chester today - 4 in the 4.20. Didn't think The Devil would be running after yesterday's exertions and it's far too short a price. I've plumped for Penwortham who was pulled out of the amateur race yesterday and has won 4 times at Chester.

2.50 Font; Historic Heart @ 9/2
4.20 Che; Penwortham @ 15/2
4.50 Che; Harlow @ 8/1
5.00 Ling; King's Knight @ 9/2

Win singles, 20p Lucky 15, £1 e.w. acca. 4 placed = £35, 4 winners = £2,560.

First one in the Trixie boiled - nearer last than first :-((

Taking the mutt out for his dinner-time walk, then going to have a proper look at the football for my 'either-half bet'.
Just seen a report go through on Sky that 2 Kilmarnock goalkeepers and 3 Hibernian goalkeepers have caught coronavirus. There was I thinking that Scottish goalkeepers didn't catch much at all. :))
Question Author
You'll have the scottish after you, Togo :-))
Question Author
Hah, bless the AB filter. The word i used rhymes with Betties:-/
In the end I chanced my arm on Powerallied in the 4.20 and Gabrial The One in the 4.50. Just an e/w double with the extra place prices taken.
Question Author
Must admit i was torn between Powerallied and Penwortham Togo. Came down to the latter's love of Chester, in the end.
My son Dan, has a daughter named Destiny!!! Hope he did the f/c 'cos i didn't :-((
Question Author
What i meant to say, was that both love Chester, but pilot takes 3lb off mine which may prove to be the decisive factor. Though neither particularly excel at the trip?
Having missed one mug's f/c, dare i miss another?
