I'm not doing a great deal today, I'm intending to enjoy the sun, when it gets up! This evening we are going to visit an old friend of ours, a regular thing, we have a good laugh, I have a bottle of wine and we have supper.

Morning Daddy...up at the crack of dawn again when I could be snoozing for yonks! must have something on my mind... humph... wonder what that could be!!!?

That's mostly what's on the idiot box these days poppet. Rubbish on several channels and garbage on the rest. Hey ho, modern times eh!

MIght do a spot of baking.. it struck me that I'll never have mums krispy cakes again, or her adorable coffee cake... might try and be a mini mum.. (that means I'm allowed gin at lunch time.. horray!!) (not that I like gin!)

Try it with a tonic, ice and a slice of lime. when I go out to the kitchen to cook lunch (we have our main meal at lunch time) I open a bottle of wine, then prepare what I'm going to cook. Lamb korma with turmeric basmati rice today.

It's a good'un poppet. I once saw an advert for a car for sale, I knew the car and the owner. He advertised it as 'rust free' It was old and more rust than metal. He said he wasn't charging for the rust! He was selling it for spares by the way.
