With people going on about Referees. Who does the Most difficult job on the football field ? Who gets paid the least ? Someone tell Garth Crooks to try doing the Job.

I'm with yous on this, my Dad used to be a referee and as such I've inherited his habit of watching the match from a refs view (even Everton's) it does cause some consternation at times. LOL
well i think that the refs decision is final if teams and players r that persitenet that it should been or not been then why not invest in cameras then if the ref is in doubt he can ask for a second opion same for the goal so called over the line or not . it isnt fair that when teams lose they always blame the ref rather than admit that it was them that was rtubbishbeing a cardiff city fan my team have had a few decisions which looking at the angle either was right or not but my answer to all of them is thats football.
All the bullsh!t about "respect" for refs has gone out of the window, it`s time football moved forward and have replays for fouls, offsides and goal-line clearances etc

People moan that it will take too much time to stop the game for the ref to watch a replay, but it will take no longer than a player rolling round on the floor like he`s been shot waiting for the physios magic sponge
