Everyone says how fit the modern players are so why not make it more entertaining for the fans by making it 10 a side instead of 11? I also think they should stop the clock when making substitutions. This would stop the fans from being cheated by that horrible thing of "Running the clock down". And FIFA should introduce a short corner, like in hockey. If the keeper makes a save, it's a short corner. If a defender puts it out, it's along corner. A short corner to be taken from a quadrant at the junction of the penalty area and goal line. They wont do it because it's too radical.

1. How would 10-a-side be more entertaining than 11?
2. The ref already allows added time for substitutions
3. Teams who are winning the game always 'run the clock down' in the last couple of minutes
4. No-one wants to see hockey rules in football
Chelsea already play ten-a-side, whenever Torres is in the team.
Well they won't do it because it's too radical. I think Jokelukes post is spot on and ... erm so is Paul's lol.
... oops I did mean joeluke.
