Scammed By S P Two Ltd Service On Paypal

I have just been scammed by S P two Ltd on my PayPal account this morning at 11am for $4.50 dollars for a prize draw entry weekly payment I never signed up for this and got a text message saying that my bank card is blocked due to the bank stopping the payment from that company (so two Ltd) I had a call today saying my card is going to be marked as stolen due to someone having my card from PayPal and using it for a prize draw weekly payment (beware of PayPal)

I've never used Pay Pal but someone did try to make an unauthorized transaction to my credit card. I found out about it when my credit card called my to verify the unusual transaction. We agreed to cancel that card on the spot and I had a new one within 24 hours. No unwanted or additional charges on my original account, or the new account. Anytime that your bank card company takes an action as you experienced, you should cancel that card/account immediately.
