Our friend Michael's parents have requested a webcast for his funeral so we can be a part of the day to say our farewells to him as there's only 20 people allowed in the small chapel, his Dad emailed me and asked me to send the details to all our friends,a selfless act of kindness in their grief I thought

That will be lovely Bobbi, I did the same for my Mum's on Wednesday. Everyone said it was wonderful. Only cost £20. It Also stopped my elderly uncle driving down, which I was worried about, as he felt he was there.
I did the same when OH died in March, we sent the details to as many people I could contact, I also emailed a copy of the order of Service so they could join in the hymns, we were only 6 people but our friends appreciated being able to be with us in spirit if not in person.

That's so lovely to hear
I posted similar about watching a funeral on webcam, Bobbi. Next best thing to actually being there.
