a glass half full or half empty?

trying on clothes, do you go for the smallest or largest first?

After something has gone wrong do you say 'it could have been worse' or swear?

good question i am an optomist but cry if it doesnt go my way lol
I hope so!
Definitely optimist. If you live life expecting things to go wrong, they will - but also a realist, if something goes wrong, then stamp a bit but live with it. I try on clothes of the size I know I am, and if they are too big then I will be pleased to go to a smaller size. I do analyse why things go wrong though! I try to live by this maxim:
grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change;
courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know the difference. It doesn't always work!
It doesn't matter if your glass is half full or half empty, there is clearly room for more vodka :)
Optimist, but I never go for sizes when buying clothes, I'll try on what I think I am and then go up or down from there. I've bought sizes 14 to 20 this year!! Sizes have never worried me, and I'm not fat! I just like clothes to look Ok and not too tight.

ok, but i'm a 10 to 12, half my stuff is one and the rest is the other, so when i try clothes on i take in, a 10 and a 12, but always try the 10 on first.
No. The glass is always half empty.
I am forever an optimist. I have been disappointed a few times, but live in hope, always.
