Is being a illusionist ( magician ) a sin? I want to become one and my father says is evil because you use misdirection and lies but come everyone know that is just a magic trick...everyone knows that they were being fooled...What do you think..is illusionism a sin?

It is surely the same as story-telling or story writing. Or creating stage plays.

Thats a good answer by Lil O'lady, I the end, its what the individual person wants to believe, thare are some believers who will say its a sin, and others that will say its not.

Go ahead, and good luck.
No, not a sin.
As long as you are not deceiving anyone by staging it as a fact, then I don't see how this is a sin. But, Paul says do everything for the glory of God. so if it glorifies god then, even more so.

What do you think?
What's a sin?
