The Godfather?

Sorry - couldn't resist.
Em... would that be Marlon Brando or Al Pachino?
his mum
How can there be an end to the universe? etc etc
I try not to think about things like that - it hurts!!
God supposedly wasn't created. He's always been there - which is why it's so hard for the human brain, which thinks in terms of beginnings and ends, to contemplate.
Nobody, otherwise He wouldn't be God.
It's all a big mythtery
The universe has always been here
God has always been here if he exists
Everything is always
Always is everything

I smile :)
If you ever find out who created God then let me know. Because that means he is real God.

Any way I have no doubt who is God.
equally, if the universe was created by the Big Bang, you could ask where the Big Bang came from. It's not something we have an answer to.
Man created God from his imagination.
Part of the service in the Jewish religion, say 'God is, God will always be, and God has always been',

The meaning of that, to which Christians and Muslims also subscribe, is that God wasn't created, he/ she/it, never had a beginning.

Just one of the reasons I don't practice anymore.
naomi, as usual, your spot on.
Good bit of recreation going on!!
Once man had created God from his imagination as per Naomi - then man created this whole universe and blamed God for doing it.
As Ice Maiden said, its impossible for us to contemplate how something 'has always been' . This is because we are restricted to thinking within our own rationale of earthly physics which simply do not apply to anything spiritual.
Keyplus, Wow! Now there's a theory I've never heard before! Don't think you can be right though. Man creating the universe sounds a bit far fetched to me.
Naomi- It does sound far fetched. But If according to you man can create God in his imagination then why can't he create Universe with the same formula. There is no limit on imaginations.

Because I believe that God created every thing and he himself is eternal. However if man created God then we should give credit to man for all other things as well.
Keyplus If according to you man can create God in his imagination then why can't he create Universe with the same formula. There is no limit on imaginations.

...............if man created God then we should give credit to man for all other things as well.

That's illogical Since we are part of the universe, and it's there for all to see, we have certain proof that it exists. On the other hand, we have no evidence whatsoever of the existence of God - hence it's possible that he is a product of man's imagination.
