Why would I want to 'befriend' someone who admits that he creates evil?
Someone who threatens to throw me into a lake of fire to be tortured for all eternity because I dont wish to worship and adore him?
Someone who (if youve read the Bible) orders wholesale slaughter of men, women, children and animals.
Someone who creates a planet in the full knowledge thats its going to go awry and then mercilessly drowns the lot (save for 8 people and a floating zoo)
Someone who sanctions slavery.
Someone who sanctions the death penalty for women who dont bleed on their wedding night and for a man who was guilty of the 'crime' of picking up sticks on the sabbath.
Someone who makes a law that states that a rape victim must marry her rapist. (and that the 'punishment' for the rapist is that he will have to buy her from her father)???
Why would I want to befriend someone who is nutty enough to create a system (in the knowledge that its going to fail) and then decides that the only remedy will be to sacrifice himself, to himself, to save us from a hell that he made himself?

No offence taken Theland. But its a bit rich accusing me of being obsessive. Its YOU that constantly bangs on about the bible and God and posts You-Tube after You-Tube religious clips and then doesn't like it when challenged.

Therein lies the problem. I appears Nailit has done his own research, drawing his conclusions based on what he's found in none other than the alleged, 'Word of God'. Rather peculiar that this alleged 'all knowing and all powerful being' requires youtube videos to do His splainin' for Him . . . not that the Bible hasn't done His reputation any less harm.
