Some interesting survey figures here, but it is not all bad, four out of five refugees said they agreed men and women were equal.

IMO they're wrong - which is why I abhor Sunday Trading Law in this country.
Contra headline:

Over Half of Immigrants to Austria uphold the law of the land rather than the ones of their own religion.
I abhor Sunday Trading Law in Germany ... I have to abandon the shopping and go drinking instead!

I don't think they are.
No. Obviously so because if they don't uphold the law of the land they may go to prison.
You would probably find a similarly high percentage of immigrants in the UK (and indeed of those who were born here to immigrant ancestors) ) would fell the same.
I thought ANOTHEOLDGIT had dismissed surveys as being unrepresentative?

//40 Percent Of Austrian Migrants//

I hadn't realised Austrians were migrating as well, has the trouble spread to Austria now, how did I miss that?
I thought the same Balders but didn't speak for fear of being called pedantic (by the AB pedants).

Quite right, DB. It is a specialist subject, way outside my pay grade.

If so, 47% need to be told to go away, don't they? I'd need paying as well Jackdaw - not going to waste pedantry on the desert air!
^^ Yes, I know about the spelling - but it would be wasted on anyone but a pedant!
If it's only 40% I'd be willing to bet there were a lot of liars among those questioned.

ANOTHEOLDGIT is the survey reliable? Have they spoken to enough folk?
