Instead of blindly wondering it maybe better for your knowledge quest if you tried to research this online, it's as simple as googling "Bbc" "Documentary" and "(Insert religion you want to find out about -here) "
It's amazing at what you can uncover when you have a little look around, but please don't believe the first thing you come to as there appears to be a large web of deceit spun by large media organisations but you'd probably already know this.

RATTER15 - it is the JW hierarchy that provide this loathsome and indefensible secrecy that allows abuse to continue, as it is with the Catholic hierarchy.
We should be careful to pinpoint where the blame lies, rather than appearing to infer that the entire faith followers accept and condone the behaviour of these vile egotists.

All depends on who does the covering up, and what goes off in other religions that we get to know little of.
When such bad things do get reported about Islam for example, some are quick to state "that all Muslims are not the same" yet the way Christianity is constantly criticised especially from atheists, one would think that anyone who supports the Christian faith are either 'nutters' or at worst child sex offenders.

If you check out my post - which is three above yours - you will see my defence of Christians - and I am an atheist, so although 'some' may appear to criticise Christianity, it has nothing to do with not believing as they do.

Whereas I do not have any particular liking for Jehovah Witnesses, the one's I have come to know personally have done me no harm, and one has to admire their commitment.
Just because one doesn't agree with their views doesn't mean that they should be insulted for their beliefs, any more than a person with a different coloured skin should be so insulted for being different.
