I believe it was Charles 1st when he was sentenced to death. Since then no monarch ever sets foot in the H of C ... the State Opening of Parliament is held in the H of Lords.
Doesn't King Otis count then?

It is of course impossible that you are referring to the evil traitor Otis Ferry, who did a great insult to Her Majesty's Government by flaunting his country-bumpkin-ness and reactionary anti-foxism in the House of Commons the other week, so you must be talking about someone else...
