I still wonder how many farm owners were stupid enough to vote for Brexit, when this situation was pretty inevitable if we left the EU.

The video says no such thing. The farmer does say no UK people applied but he is getting pretty much all he needs from abroad under seasonal work schemes.... the only issue is he says he has a one week gap this month for some reason which he dont explain properly.
Its not a brexit issue, its an employment issue for local people, wages too low/benefits too high, life to confortable without work
