Does this person not realise that it as nothing to do with racism, but because Superdrug is experiencing a large amount of stock mysteriously disappearing from the Black & Asian hair section?

Where does it say that in the link, aog? I did wonder and I looked for that, but maybe missed it.
That is not how Superdrug have responded though, is it?

//We're investigating the placement of the signs in the Brighton station store and will ensure these are now placed throughout the store in line with our company policy.'

The spokesman later added: 'We have carried out a full investigation with the duty manager today (Monday) and can confirm that we have 15 CCTV security signs in multiple locations around the Brighton station store in line with our company policy.' //
So have Superdrug said the signs were there because they are experiencing a large amount of stock mysteriously disappearing from the Black & Asian hair section? or have you assumed that or made it up?

Thank you, I think we know where AOG is going.
I have looked through it again, but Superdrug seem to be apologising for getting it wrong.

Does Men's detergent work?
Make-up is small and expensive, spath. It makes sense to have a warning there.
I'm shocked there's a 'black and Asian' hair section... are these products segregated from the white hair products?
Crikey! How much of the stuff on those shelves is specifically for black and Asian people? Not all of that surely? Sounds like someone's doing a bit of stirring to me.
i think thev'e got it right

Dash! Thought there was a new product out.
There was a story last week complaining about 'black peoples' make up' being locked in glass cabinets.
I doubt these shops are going out of their way to insult black customers. There must be another reason for the added security.
You don't hear us men complaining about the security tags on razorblades and they're the very devil to remove.
-Talbot- Yes it is normal for the black and Asian hair products to be grouped together in their own section. In a branch of superdrug I know, the normal shampoos and conditioners are on one aisle, the next aisle has all the hair dyes and the next one has hair styling products and the black and Asian hair products. In a branch of Boots which used to carry such a range they were in their own section at the end of the aisle with the other shampoos and conditioners.

Naomi in the Superdrug store I have just mentioned the total number of black and Asian hair products is somewhere around the 100 mark.
