Saw a like-student-yah today wearing breeks with different coloured legs. Made me wonder why we don't see more. Is there anything aesthetically wrong with wearing clothes with differently coloured legs or sleeves?

Yes, it just looks silly, IMO.
depends on what type of work one does, can't see going to the office in multi coloured trousers, girls maybe, but not blokes, i think it would look a bit odd.

Does it seem odd because we're not used to it?
Or do does clothing have to be symmetrical?
Who was the comedian that wore a suit that was black on the left and white on the right? His hat, too. He kept turning round, side on, to have a conversation with himself.
I was amused, anyway.
Mr T has a jumper with different coloured sleeves. It's lovely. I made it.
sounds like the sort of thing Morecambe and wise would do..
something like this only longer, Tilly?

Not really, jno. Wrong Mr T that.:-)

Differently coloured sleeves seem sensible to me, Tilly.
Makes it easier to get dresed.
are there more than one, Tilly? That must be tricky. My great grandfather had exactly the same (rather unusual) name as the man next door; and both were carpenters too. They were always getting each other's mail. My ggf gave himself the middle initial K to solve the problem.
why would it make it easier to get dressed,
(Yes, he also has his gloves, on a string, threaded up his sleeves. ;-)

Are those siamese octuplets, emmie?
That's a great thread, emmie. I like that.
its weird isn't it, as to gloves on threads, i had those as a child, so you didn't lose your gloves, elastic from one sleeve to the other
Link, I mean. Not thread.
thanks... was trying to remember the comedian who did the half woman half man routine, i do remember it, sort of Eric Morecambe kind of thing.
Jaysus, that link has freaked my eyes out, emmie.
