How to make myself look as good as possible for a night out!!

Help!! My husband has announced that we are meeting his friend and his partner for an eve out as a foursome. I have met this woman just once, and to say she is stunning is an understatement. She is one of those people that you just cannot stop looking at, oh, and she is a lot younger than me as well. Head turned everywhere she went the one time I met her.I am just dreading the eve as no matter what I wear or do, I will look like a sack of potatoes next to her, and I have to sit with her all eve with all eyes on her. So my question is, any advice to make the best of yourself, any little tips, or shall I just book the plastic surgery now??

just dazzle her with your wit and intellect, that's what I try to do when I hang out with chaps better looking than me, I often fail but that just makes me more thick skinned! haha

Be yourself and dress as you normally would, if you try to match up to her glamour you may end up looking like you have tried too hard.

If you can- spend the day pampering yourself, nails, defuzzing, hair, etc etc. It does make you feel great by the end of it.

Also, and this might sound really weird, but have a quick knee trembler with the hubby before you go out (do not let him mess hair or make up though!) it's amazing what that does to your confidence- honest!

And if none of that works, spend the night pretending she has some unsightly defects that aren't visible- like genital warts for example, it's childish, but it doesn't half make you smirk!!

First try to smile, laugh and act confident - often far more attractive in a woman than looks. If you wear make-up pep it up, use a primer, get a new lipstick, eye-brightening drops, lots of mascara and a nice pair of earrings!
