Has black face and white eyes....

Not the black panthers, im sure i read or watched something on this and cant find who this was? What "group" is this?

Ive tried wikipedia. Im sure it was a woman i seen but it had bith male and female members .....x

I think this was a celebs mother actually who was pary of this group back in her day. Irrelevant probobly, but just wanted to say! Its been annoying me for ages x
