I don't remember it myself, but it seems a lot of people do. It's "Standing Outside A Broken Phone Booth (With Money In My Hand)" by Primitive Radio Gods.

It was on the soundtrack to the movie "The Cable Guy", and on the Primitive Radio Gods' own album "Rocket", which was otherwise mostly rubbish.
