I'm 19 years old and I don"t know how to get started with life now that I am on my own.  I love to do hair (braids, wash&set, curls etc.) but I have no High School diploma, or  no GED. What I would really want is to have my own Beauty Salon and work in it.  How can I start this off and go to beauty school at the same time?

You could go to college in the week & work in a beauty therapist shop on Saturdays to gain more experience. You won't earn very much money to start with, but if you stick with it you could very well end up with your own business, my friend did. Good luck jay.
First of all, you should get your GED.  That's very important.  Education opens many doors.  Without it, you are really limiting your future opportunities.
Are you in the US?  You cannot cut, color or style hair legally without a comestology license.  You can, however, work part-time in a salon, shampooing, making appointments and cleaning, and learn a bit about the trade.  In the meantime, you would go to cosmotology school and study for your license.  It would be best for you to still work in someone else's salon even after you have your license, to gain experience not only in hair styling, but in small business management as well.  Good luck to you!

I am male, and probably many years older than you-but if you want advice maybe I can help?

I left school with very little and spent some time messing about and a great many years bringing up my kids.  The thing is to realistically plot out how to do what you want, and stick to it.  You won't open your own salon this year, but that isn't a bad thing for you, just remember you'll be working 'til you're 70-ish. bide your time, play the long game, and you will, if you're prepared to work hard, succede.

Good luck.

Yes, best to get your GED/diploma then enroll in cosmetology school. Starting your own business takes time and planning, so you can map it out whilst in school, all the while getting extra guidance from teachers and colleagues. Best to work in someone else's salon first so you can get a feel for everything. But all things are possible, just keep at it. Best of luck!
Welcome
