Nothing.
a coincidence?
If you're intimating that the planet may wobble... In relation to the mass of Earth, the total weight of the people is negligible, so, yeah, nothing would happen.

Aww. I thought something crazy would happen like massive earthquakes! Oh well.
sorree. bin asked before. besides which if we all jumped up from where we were stood then the forces would negate each other as people on the other side of the planet jumped too. My question - what about if we all squidged up together on one spot, then jumped?
Or what 'bout if we repeatedly jumped (say once every two seconds), only off-set by one second... so the Northern Hemisphere would jump, then the Southern Hemisphere, then the Northern, then the Souhern... ooh then you get all sorts of questions like which side has more people and the heavier people and stuff. Exciting, let's do it.

One, two, three JUMP two JUMP two JUMP two...
