Just caught a glimpse of tonights re-run and the fella in it (the plumber) has he been it in it before, if not what else has he been in

He was also in Corrie a few years ago as a character called Laurie. He was a slimy landlord in a pub in Blackpool, that Liz McDonald used to work in.

He used to be in the old Victoria Wood shows too, pre dinnerladies. He was also in Holby city as the awful wife beating husband of Kath, the lovely irish nursing sister.

I think he also plays an Alistair Campbell type in something - I think it is Rory Bremner
