Independant police comlaints commission maybe, not sure
I thought they used to be called S I B - special investigation bureau

Internal corruption/affairs are primarily carried out through the IPPC and in the UK can also be investigated by the Professional Standards Units (PSUs) in each force, the National Crime Squad (NCS) and the National Criminal Intelligence Service (NCIS) which have now been merged into the Serious Organised Crime Agency (SOCA).
