Large Sri Lankan community?

I'm trying to help a friend out. Where can I find particularly large Sri Lankan communities in England (and so there's no confusion, by saying England I exclude Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland).

Apparently, Tooting is one, but are there any others?

There are several Sri Lanka restaurants/food shops in Tooting/Colliers Wood. I imagine they must be there for a large Sri Lankan community.

Walthamstow in east London is another. Also, Harrow in North-West London has a large concentration of Tamils (in your message, you dont specify if you're looking for a Tamil or Sinhala community). Mostly in London, I dont know about anywhere else.
