Of course it is! Everything he has said in the last 20 years has been determined by a committe of Isaac Newton, Albert Einstein and Galileo. They have telepathically transmitted their thoughts from the afterlife through his machine in order to educate people about science. The real Stephen Hawking is totally paralysed and not particularly interested in anything apart from football and origami.

It made me laugh. I am suprised he isnt himself saying things he doesnt mean to already, because he has only to have a nervous tic and can say a whole paragraph.
