Thanks to LIK's helpful link there appear to be quite a lot with zero inhabitants, is that what you wanted?
I see Tyneham is listed which is very near me and worth visiting, a whole village commandeered by the Army in WW2 and never returned. It also has the spooky remains of a manor house in the woods.
There are many villages (and therefore parishes) with zero populations as many of you have pointed out. But what about a village or parish with a population say of six, such as Horn in Rutland. I was just wondering whether there was anywhere with an even lower population. (These are registered voters, from the electoral roll, so exclude eg children)
