it was a long time ago now
im not the first woman to leave an abusive partner, nor will i be the last.
I am just interested in how inner strength changes and shapes people.
I deffo changed for the better my partner of 8 years is lovely x.

The only thing that's knocked me in life is death. Thought I'd be much stronger...but I'm not. Nothing else in life has affected me....including an abusive partner. Nothing anyone has said or done has made me question myself in a negative way.

ZZxxee - well done you - my mam did more or less the same only marched my dad out of the house - at the point of a carving knife. Never saw the barsteward again and that was nearly 50 years ago!!
