protein bars

what are the best, most value for money protein bars available on the high street? Ive been buying mine from my gym or holland & barrat but they cost �1.50 each which is expensive in the long run. Im looking for bars that contain about 30g protein and less than 7g fat. any help is much appreciated :p

hi not sure if these are what you want but Aldi do a selection of cereal bars. fruit&fibre,benefit and half coated cereal bars 6 per box and from 89p to �1.19p depending which one you want
