Samsung Jet Utra Edition/New iPhone

Getting a new phone in 3 weeks (present for my hard work at exams haha!) and I really really love the Samsung Jet Ultra, but by the time I get it I'm worried it will be a bit old by then, so was wondering if anyone knows any phones like it out at the moment or any phones like it that are coming out.
Otherwise, I may wait for the new iPhone to come out in Summer, but does anyone know what camera this has in megapixels?
