But to blind people with guide dogs have to pick up their dogs faeces or are they exempt?
Whilst we are on the subject of dogs, does anyone know, do dogs HAVE to be kept on leads or do they 'just' have to be under control of their owners?

According to this anyone with a registered impairment is exempt.
