Memory foam Matrress Toppers is it worth getting one instead of a Memory foam mattress - as there are huge savings to be made - just wondering if there are any disadvantages to toppers?

Don't get one, they hold your body heat round you and make you roasting warm, sweaty and uncomfortable all night.

I've stayed in friends houses that have them and I've never been so glad to get back to my own ordinary mattress!

Do not buy a cheap topper,as there are memory foam imitations.You need to have the one with viscose as used by Nasa. I would not be without my topper.Some people find the mattresses take a bit of getting use to,i have slept on one and loved it,but you need to spend �500+ to get a decent one.As the saying goes "you only get what you pay for"
