If you go to the Hermes website http://www.hermes.com/ and then go first to the UK site and navigate to mens ties ( I have to say that it is pretty unfriendly website ) , you will find that the ties are not very interesting-plains , stripes etc . However go to ebay and you find what I believe are called the whimsical ties with animals , balloons etc on them. The US Hermes site has such ties new . Why not the UK?
