Is it possible to remove a bid on ebay?

I had a few too many yesterday and bid outrageously on somthing i don't really want!!!

P.s i have an hour left till i've won it!

Yes, but only in certain circumstances.

With a bit of luck someone will be waiting to the last minute and will outbid you anyway if there's been a lot of interest in it/them.

If you can't retract the bid try sending the seller a message asking if they will cancel your bid.
