I'm glad we are all on the same wavelength.

Do policemen still go to balls? Does anyone?
Maybe something to be resurrected when things improve.
Picnics ? It’s January .
Policemen's Balls to be resurrected - makes a good headline.

I know Anne...unlike some law enforcement folk in other parts of the country.
But it's ok down here as we have palm trees in our front gardens, so we can have picnics any time.

Mamya...you just made me splutter;))
How difficult, and how long can it take for a government to get a simple instruction, such as time, were and when one can take exercise. How difficult can it be, and how long will it take for the police to understand any instruction from government. Well so far almost 12 months. What chance of getting anything else right.
Another tip Pasta, never eat a pickled egg from the buffet at one of their get togethers ;-)
Not exactly the ideal weather for a picnic is it?

Pickled egg - nice with a truncheon meat sarnie.

Gets coat...
Sigh
Lots of picnics in the middle of January.

Were they arrested under the Mental Health Act?
Don't know what made me laugh more, LiK's quip or Mamya's response!
had one of those earlier -
