Thank you for that. I quite enjoyed it. I'm not sure sexist is the correct term. Impractical is. I liked the idea of the block communities, they make city living far more friendly and family oriented. All major cities have evolved over hundreds of years, so to be able to do this in an ancient city like Barcelona is encouraging.
Suits the BBC's PC Agenda.
For Funks Sake...really?

I think girls just don't know any different. So much can be changed though. Especially the comments about the pram and toilets.
toilets are a big issue, lack of for men and women in particular is my personal nightmare.
It's a well-known fact that it's a PC liberal agenda to ask women to run things.
So it's PC to make cities more liveable?
Anyone who says that probably doesn't live in one.
I think Jim was being sarcastic :-)
all i can see in the capital is a bloke running it, and not well, congestion charge is an massively expensive nonsense and the lack of proper facilities is appalling
Jim's fine...it's Unsureme.
My reaction was pretty much the same, Pasta, a stupid post.
I'm sure UnsureMe isn't bothered when women run things really -- but I bet he's threatened when it turns out that they run things rather well, actually :)
yes they often do...
Watched until point 4. Got fed up by then. So if we put women in charge then most things either aren't changed or get worse ? Great opportunity to blame men unreasonably though, I didn't realise that town planning was an occupation barred to women. So; go install a few more cubicles in the womens toilets. Or pop into McDonald's or something.
jim. “I bet he's threatened when it turns out that they run things rather well, actually...”

Be careful what you wish for. Back in the mid-70s some feminist friends were saying what a good role model Thatcher was going to be as leader of the Tories.

A female thug is no better than a male thug.
New Maggie's Law record: 15
And some of those things are doable except for the culture of vandalism. Toilets, benches and play areas would be wrecked in a week
Couldn't see what it is all about as when I clicked on the link,I got an advert for bathroom and toilet equipment. LOL.

I have forgotten what a "man's world" was like or even what it stood for.
We now have combinations of Gays, Transvestite, Bisexuals, sexually dysphormics, males and finally females.
Sort that lot out and then see if you can answer the question posed by the OP.
Good luck with that.
dysphormics ... sounds like a type of ant acid :/

Think of it as the world being more interesting, if it helps :P
I recently saw a photo from abroad, it was taken at a public info/announcement meeting and showed the Minister for Justice, Education and Culture Minister, Minister for Health and the Prime Minister standing at their podia. All are first elected to parliament and then chosen/selected by their party for the ministerial position in question - all four are women. The OP question is, I suspect, about whether men are conspicuously in most of the positions of power and influence. The answer is: It depends about where you ask the question.
