A friend of mine is house hunting. She was sent these details by an Estate Agent as "the property meets your criteria".

Obviously when you put your house on the market you make a real effort to show it at its best.

God alone knows what it was like before they tidied up ...

LOL...
Lol...
It looks like it could be a nice flat and it would have looked much better if tidied up.

That said - my flat is just about as bad.
Is it Tracy Emin's place?
EEK..!!!
Crikey, Dave.......they've done some fierce cooking on that stove! Even I couldn't hit the ceiling!!!....☺
That's almost tidy compared to a set of details I was sent years ago.
...then there was the one that had snail trails on the *kitchen carpet*...eeekkkkk!!!!
offers over a quarter of a million ... really?

Is that the going rate? Yikes.
Well I wouldn’t use that estate agent, duff pics and obvs terrible advice.
It's not expensive for 3 bedrooms...
Such properties are, it seems, easily sold if you employ an honest estate agent ;-)

Just noticed the Police Car lurking in the corner of the first picture ...
I don't think it's offputting. Presumably they take their junk with them and you clean and decorate anyway.
I think it's sad - almost as if the people living there woke up one morning and never came back (like they died or got carted of to an old people's home).
The police car might be though :-)
Looks like my place but tidier !
Nice maisonette when cleared
How did you get pictures of my house?!!
I think that is a police station behind it and cars parked in its yard.

An old person lived in the house.
Bit sad to be honest
