I have been googling for hours, other than the Pergamano brand, does anyone know where I can buy 0.55mm WHITE leads. The above brand are fat too soft.

Blast..... FAR too soft.
Would an arts and craft shop sell them, ferlew ?.
Question Author
Well, Hobbycraft have none.
I don't mean hobbycraft, ferlew, I mean a specialised arts and craft shop.

suggest you try an art supplies shop. some suppliers list all their goods on line. I can't give you names on here but google what you want and they will appear.

My pencil is Rotring, I made an error when I posted 0.55mm I meant 0.5mm.
After hours of searching, the only white ones are made by Pergamano, they snap as soon as you touch the flipping paper.
Just read it and now not sure whether the leads are white or just the ruddy box!
Question Author
Thanks Capt, white box is a brand name.

Try cultpens.com - if they don't have them they may have some ideas.
Question Author
Thanks hjd, already looked on their site, they have red blue and green as I recall, no white though.
