Saving For Best

I'm in bed with a hangover looking at the top of my wardrobe
There are at least four boxes of shoes I've never worn that I'm saving for best
I never go anywhere except work so where I intend "best" to be I don't know
Same with clothes - I have three definitions of clothes
Those that fit
One size smaller
The size I want to be

I had things I kept for best, Ric.....then realised it was daft....just wear them....so I do.

Mind you....the killer heels, floaty black stuff and my bling gets some looks in Tesco....☺

I dont beli8eve in keeping anything for best be it best china or clothes. If i have some nice clothes i wear them NOW! Tomorrow may never come., who knows!

Years ago as children we had clothes for best .By the time a best time to wear them came around we had outgrown them :)
