Where Can I Buy An Elegant Handheld Fan?

Its my Nan's birthday on Friday and I want to buy her a fabric or wooden hand held fan as she has been coveting mine in this hot weather - which I bought on holiday abroad! I don't want to get one from some random shop on Ebay and a Google search hasn't been very helpful - can anyone suggest anywhere they have used to buy a fan from that was good quality?

I don't know of a high st shop but there is a company called Fantastica that do a good range including straw fans.

I would have thought that a shop selling eastern type items would sell one, they are very popular there and many people use them. We went to the theatre in Beijing and all the elderly men were sitting using them.
